Buffer Puffer 6.0 2nd of February

Here you will find my photos of my trip to London to chase the Buffer Puffer 6.0.

37401 brings the ECS in from Old Oak Common on a cold yet sunny morning at London Bridge.
37401 now at London Bridge ready to take the tour to Charing Cross. Note how 37401 has actually been repainted.
375628 stops at Waterloo East for a service to Kent, with the "eye" in the background.
37422, the other 37 working in TnT formation blasts past Waterloo East.
A SET Networker, basking in the Winter sun at Charing Cross.
37422 opens up a little through Balham after departing from a signal check.
Again, 401 trails in the formation.
37422 slowly approaches a Signal check at St Margrets.
As the tour gets the closer and slower, the chance of being bowled just had to rise as this photo shows.
37401 in a nice spot of sun here, and so far the tour was on time. Which is pretty much the story for the rest of the tour.
Whilst waiting for the train to Hever at East Croydon, 37422 idles round the corner giving us another chance to see the tour.

The tour stopped at Hever due to a 171 about to come off the single line section.

37401 powers the tour as its 422s turn to idle at the rear.
The tour on its way to East Croydon to reverse.
After reversing at East Croydon, the tour rolls into Oxted to pick up.
37401 on the blocks at London Bridge.
422 now ready to head off to London Victoria.
Cardiff Canton now on the blocks at London Victoria.
37401 now ready to depart to London Cannon Street.
37401 rests at London Cannon Street, as 422 prepares for Blackfriars.
37422 now prepares to take the tour to Blackfriars.
After doing its final part of the tour for a while, 422 can rest as 401 takes the tour to Gordon Hill.
After a rather hellfire arrival, 401 now unloads passengers at Finsbury Park.

Videos of the tour can be found in the videos tab.
